Why isn't my video working?
The most common reason is that the video doesn't have auto-captions enabled. Some videos, especially older ones or those in unsupported languages, don't have captions available. The tool will notify you if that's the case.
How do the monthly free credits work?
Every visitor receives 10 free credits every single month. On the 1st of every month, your 10 credits automatically reset. If you register for a free account, you receive an instant +5 bonus credits (15 credits total).
Can I use this for private or unlisted videos?
No — the tool can only access publicly available YouTube videos and their captions. Private or unlisted content is not accessible.
